Alyson Noël

Alyson Noël (born 1965) is an American author from Orange County, California, and a New York Times bestselling writer of young adult paranormal romance. She is best known for The Immortals series (2009-2011)—Evermore, Blue Moon, Shadowland, Dark Flame, Night Star, and Everlasting—following a teenager who survives a car accident with new psychic senses and falls for an immortal centuries her elder, a series optioned for film by Summit Entertainment. She continued the world in the middle-grade Riley Bloom spin-off, following the first series' young ghost narrator, and in The Soul Seekers series (2012-2013), about a girl who can enter others' dreams. Noël has cited Judy Blume as an early inspiration and began publishing in 2005, building a prolific career across standalone novels and multiple linked series in supernatural YA fiction.
