Amber Argyle

Amber Argyle is an American fantasy author, born in 1981 in Logan, Utah, who grew up on a cattle ranch competing in rodeo before graduating cum laude from Utah State University. She is best known for three linked fantasy series: Witch Song, an elemental-magic saga that opens with Witch Born and Witch Song; Fairy Queens, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's The Snow Queen and including Winter Queen and Summer Queen; and Forbidden Forest, a Beauty and the Beast-inspired sequence featuring Of Sand and Storm and Of Ice and Snow. Her fantasy blends forbidden romance with dark magic and elemental worldbuilding, and her books have been translated into French, Russian, and Indonesian, drawing endorsements from bestselling authors David Farland and Jennifer A. Nielsen.
