Andrew Dennis

Andrew Dennis is a co-author, alongside creator Eric Flint, of entries in the 1632 series (also known as the Ring of Fire series), an alternate-history franchise imagining a small American town transplanted into the middle of the Thirty Years' War in seventeenth-century Europe. Dennis wrote the South European thread of the series with Flint, contributing 1634: The Galileo Affair, which entangles the series' up-timers with Galileo's trial before the Inquisition, and its sequel 1635: The Cannon Law, continuing the political and religious intrigue in Rome and the wider Mediterranean. Beyond his work on these novels, little further biographical or career detail about Dennis is publicly documented.
