Andrew Jacobson is an American author of children's fantasy and science fiction, writing in a longtime partnership with Adam Jay Epstein. Their four-book series The Familiars, beginning with the title volume in 2010 and continuing through Secrets of the Crown, Circle of Heroes, and Palace of Dreams, follows animal familiars bonded to young apprentice wizards and was published by HarperCollins.
