Angus Trim is a contributor to the Foreworld Saga, a shared-universe historical fantasy series created as part of the collaborative Mongoliad project founded by Neal Stephenson, Erik Bear, Greg Bear, Joseph Brassey, Cooper Moo, and Mark Teppo. He co-wrote Katabasis (2013), the fourth Foreworld Saga novel and the first in the series not co-authored by Stephenson, together with Brassey, Moo, and Teppo. He has also contributed to the companion Foreworld SideQuests line of shorter e-book stories set within the same world, including SideQuest Adventures No. 1 (2013) and The Lion in Chains (2012), which expand on secondary characters and events from the main saga.
