Apryl Baker

Apryl Baker is an American author of young-adult paranormal fiction who grew up in a small town in the southern mountains of West Virginia, spending her days outdoors and her nights reading Nancy Drew mysteries by flashlight. She is best known for The Ghost Files series, and has built out an extensive body of related supernatural fiction including The Crane Diaries, The Reaper Chronicles, DeCadia, and the Bloodlines Legacy books, several of them centered on ghosts, hybrids, and other supernatural teenagers navigating hidden worlds. Baker has described her enduring love of being frightened by scary movies, and her fiction channels that same appetite for the eerie into fast-paced, mystery-driven paranormal series aimed at teen and new-adult readers.
