Ashlyn Chase

Ashlyn Chase, born in 1964, is an American author of paranormal romantic comedy who spent twenty years as a registered nurse before turning to fiction full-time. Her books mix humor, heat, and small-town charm with vampires, dragons, and shifters, across series including Boston Dragons, the Phoenix Brothers, Strange Neighbors, and the witch-focused League of Amazing Witches, as well as the vampire romance Flirting with Fangs and the light paranormal comedy The Cupcake Coven. Chase, who also writes children's and YA fiction under the pen name E. B. Lorow, is a multi-published, award-winning author known for upbeat, self-effacing storytelling. Beyond writing, she designs book covers and promotional materials for fellow authors and helped establish a conference for romance readers and writers.
