C. J. Redwine

C. J. Redwine is a New York Times bestselling American author of dark epic fantasy and science-fiction adventure for young adults, as well as nonfiction resources for writers through her project The Writer's Sanctuary. She is best known for the Ravenspire series, a set of interconnected fairy-tale retellings that includes The Shadow Queen and The Wish Granter, and for The Courier's Daughter trilogy, beginning with Defiance, which follows a young woman fighting to save her community from a walled, authoritarian city-state. She continues to write across both fantasy series and standalone young adult novels.
