Caitlin Sangster

Caitlin Sangster is an author of young adult fantasy. Her debut, Last Star Burning, opens a duology continuing in Shatter the Suns, built around survival, epidemic disease, and a fugitive protagonist fleeing pursuit within a fantastical, tightly controlled society. She has also written The Gods-Touched Duology, beginning with He Who Breaks the Earth, and the lighter contemporary novel A Baker's Guide to Robber Pie. Sangster's fantasy work favors high-concept, high-stakes worldbuilding paired with fast-moving plotting aimed at teen readers navigating oppressive institutions and personal survival. She has published six books across two fantasy series to date.
