Daniel Arenson is an Israeli-born author of fantasy and science fiction and a USA Today bestseller. Writing prolifically across multiple self-published series, he is best known for Requiem, an epic fantasy spanning five trilogies about humans who can transform into dragons, and for the Earthrise universe, a military science-fiction saga (including Children of Earthrise and Soldiers of Earthrise) centered on humanity's war against an insectile alien empire. His other work includes the Moth saga, set on a world divided between eternal day and eternal night, the gladiatorial epic fantasy Kingdoms of Sand, and the space-opera Alien Hunters series, which he has compared to Star Wars and Firefly.
