Deborah Cooke

Deborah Cooke is a romance novelist and USA Today bestselling author who has been publishing since 1992, working across paranormal, contemporary, historical, and time-travel romance. She writes as Deborah Cooke for her paranormal and contemporary novels, as Claire Delacroix for historical and fantasy romance, and as Claire Cross for time-travel and romantic comedy. Her best-known books are the Dragonfire novels, a paranormal romance series about shapeshifting dragons living secretly among humans, which spawned the spin-off sequences Dragons of Incendium, DragonFate, and The Dragon Diaries. She has also written the historical Jewels of Kinfairlie series and the contemporary True Love Brides novels. Her work has been translated into Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and French.
