Drew Williams

Drew Williams is an American author from McKeesport, Pennsylvania, known for The Universe After series, beginning with The Stars Now Unclaimed (2018) and continuing through The Firmament of Flame (2019) and the concluding volume The Universe After (2020). The trilogy follows an agent of a post-collapse interstellar order who searches devastated worlds for children with reawakened psychic abilities, only to become entangled in a war against a fanatical rival faction. Williams's space opera blends fast-paced action with themes of rebuilding civilization after catastrophic technological loss, and preceded his novels with short genre fiction published in the early 2000s.
