Elizabeth Willey

Elizabeth Willey (born 1960) is an American fantasy novelist. Her debut novel, The Well-Favored Man, appeared from Tor Books in 1993 and was a finalist the following year for the Astounding Award for Best New Writer (then called the John W. Campbell Award), one of five nominees alongside eventual winner Amy Thomson. The novel opened the Argylle trilogy, continued in A Sorcerer and a Gentleman and The Price of Blood and Honor, a court-intrigue fantasy following a dynasty of sorcerer-princes whose magic shapes the very geography and history of their world.
