G. S. Jennsen

G. S. Jennsen is an American science fiction author who has worked as a lawyer, software engineer, and editor before turning to full-time independent publishing through her own company, Hypernova Publishing. Her debut novel, Starshine (2014), launched the Aurora Rhapsody series and introduced the wider Amaranthe universe, a far-future setting she has since expanded across multiple interconnected series, including Aurora Renegades, Aurora Resonant, Asterion Noir, and Riven Worlds. Jennsen has said she chose independent publishing specifically to retain full creative control over the vision and pacing of her expansive, interconnected story world, which has also been translated into German.
