G. Scott Huggins

G. Scott Huggins is an American writer of fantasy and science fiction whose career began in short fiction, including a contribution to the long-running Marion Zimmer Bradley anthology series Sword and Sorceress, where his story "Phoenix for the Amateur Chef" appeared in the thirtieth volume in 2015. He has since built several novel series of his own, including the James & Harriet books and the Moon 2095 science-fiction sequence, alongside the Wishkiller Saga, whose entries All Things Huge and Hideous and All Creatures in His Thrall draw on horror and fantasy tropes in equal measure. His Endless Ocean series, opening with Responsibility of the Crown, follows a fantasy world's political intrigue across sea-bound kingdoms. Huggins's fiction moves comfortably between adventure fantasy, dry humor, and short-form speculative storytelling honed through his years contributing to shared anthology series.
