Geoff Rodkey

Geoff Rodkey (born 1970) is an American screenwriter and author. He began his career in film comedy, co-writing Daddy Day Care, RV, and The Shaggy Dog, and earned an Emmy nomination for his work on Comedy Central's Politically Incorrect. He moved into middle-grade fiction with Deadweather and Sunrise, the first book in the adventure-comedy series The Chronicles of Egg, followed by the four-book Tapper Twins series. His later novels include the science-fiction comedy We're Not from Here, a collaboration with Kevin Hart on the middle-grade novel Marcus Makes a Movie, and the suburban-apocalypse comedy Lights Out in Lincolnwood. He has also written original fiction for the Story Pirates children's arts-education project.
