Helen Scheuerer

Helen Scheuerer is a New Zealand-based fantasy author who lives in the mountains and has written full-time since 2018. She holds a creative writing degree and a master's in publishing, and has become a Sunday Times bestselling author of romantasy, fantasy blended with romance, known for strong, flawed female leads and fast-paced, action-driven plots. She is best known for the Legends of Thezmarr series and its continuation, the Ashes of Thezmarr, an epic fantasy following a company of warriors bound by prophecy and magic, as well as The Bookbinder's Bargain, a romantic fantasy series. Beyond fiction, she writes nonfiction guidance for aspiring authors under the Books for Career Authors banner.
