Jane Killick is a British science-fiction novelist, radio broadcaster, and journalist known for her behind-the-scenes companion books to genre television, including guides to the Babylon 5 series. She has since built a body of original science fiction and fantasy, including the Perceivers series (Mind Control, Mind Secrets, Mind Evolution), the space-opera Freelancer novels making up her Obsidian Rim series (Traitor's Code, Prince's Mission, Assassin), and comic fantasy collected as her Magical Comedies, including Fairy Nuff and If Wishes Were Husbands. In 2021, Aconyte Books published her tie-in novel In the Shadow of Deimos, set in the world of the board game Terraforming Mars, followed by its sequel Edge of Catastrophe.
