Jon Del Arroz

Jon Del Arroz is an American science fiction author who began publishing in the mid-2010s, working mainly in space opera and military science fiction with a strong pulp-adventure and young-adult sensibility. He is best known for the steampunk Adventures of Baron Von Monocle series, set in the airship nation of Rislandia, and for the space-opera Aryshan War and Ixora Colony series; he has also written the licensed Star Realms tie-in novel Rescue Run and the nonfiction title Make Science Fiction Fun Again. His novel Resistance was a Dragon Award finalist. Del Arroz's early fiction appeared through Evil Girlfriend Media before he moved to Superversive Press and independent publishing, where he has continued to release fast-moving adventure fiction across several ongoing series.
