Julie Kenner

Julie Kenner is a USA Today bestselling American author of romance and urban fantasy, born in Mountain View, California. She holds a degree in radio-television-film from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Baylor University, and practiced law in Los Angeles and Austin before becoming a full-time writer in 2004. She also writes as J. Kenner and J.K. Beck. Kenner is best known for the Kate Connor, Demon-Hunting Soccer Mom series, beginning with Carpe Demon, and for the superhero-themed Aphrodite's Kiss and its sequels; her debut demon-hunting novel had film rights optioned by 1492 Pictures and Warner Bros. She is a RITA Award winner for Erotic Romance, honored for both Claim Me (2014) and Wicked Dirty (2018), and has also won a Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice Award for Best Contemporary Paranormal Fiction.
