Justin Lee Anderson

Justin Lee Anderson is a Scottish fantasy novelist based in East Lothian, near his native Edinburgh. Before turning to fiction he spent fifteen years as a professional writer and editor, and he continues to write for television and film alongside his wife, Juliet, including animated shorts and children's audio produced for BBC Scotland. His debut novel, the contemporary fantasy Carpet Diem, won the 2018 Audie Award for Humor. Anderson is best known for the Eidyn Saga, a secondary-world fantasy series that began with The Lost War; that novel won the 2020 Self-Published Fantasy Blog-Off award, which led to a four-book publishing contract with Orbit and the sequels The Bitter Crown and The Damned King.
