K. A. Linde

K. A. Linde is an American author of romance and fantasy, holding a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a master's in political science from the University of Georgia. Before writing full-time she worked on a presidential campaign and coached the Duke University dance team. A New York Times, USA Today, and Sunday Times bestseller, she is known for blending romance with fantasy world-building, as in the Oak & Holly Cycle (beginning with The Wren in the Holly Library) and the Royal Houses series (House of Dragons, House of Shadows), alongside the vampire-hunter Blood Type books. She has also written extensively in contemporary romance. Linde lives in Lubbock, Texas, with her husband and son.
