Kim Harrington

Kim Harrington (born 1974) is an American author of young-adult and middle-grade fiction. She is best known for the Clarity duology, Clarity and Perception, which follow a teenage psychic in a small Cape Cod town who uses her ability to see the history of objects to help solve local crimes. Harrington later wrote standalone YA thrillers including The Dead and Buried and The Killing of Kayla Sloane, and moved into humor with the middle-grade Gamer Squad series and its App of the Living Dead spin-off, which follow kids using technology to investigate neighborhood mysteries. Her books combine mystery plotting with contemporary teen and tween settings.
