Kristen Ciccarelli

Kristen Ciccarelli is a Canadian author of young-adult fantasy from Ontario's Niagara Peninsula. She is best known for the Iskari trilogy -- The Last Namsara, The Caged Queen, and The Sky Weaver -- a mythic young-adult fantasy sequence following linked protagonists across its books. She followed it with the Crimson Moth series, including Heartless Hunter, Rebel Witch, and A Dark Forgetting, a YA fantasy romance sequence set in a world of witches and hunters. Ciccarelli's fiction consistently combines richly imagined secondary-world settings with romance-forward plotting and morally conflicted heroines caught between duty and rebellion.
