Lisa Jackson (born 1952 in Molalla, Oregon) is an American author of romance and romantic-suspense fiction, publishing under her own name and occasionally as Susan Lynn Crose. She began writing while raising a family and has since built a long backlist of bestsellers that have appeared on the New York Times, USA Today, and Publishers Weekly lists, including the New Orleans procedurals featuring detectives Bentz and Montoya and the multi-book "To Die" suspense series. Jackson frequently collaborates with her sister, novelist Nancy Bush, most visibly on the Wicked books, a small-town suspense series laced with witchcraft and the supernatural that includes Wicked Game, Wicked Lies, Wicked Ways, and Wicked Dreams. She continues to write and publish new suspense fiction.
