Luke Arnold

Luke Arnold is an Australian actor and author, born in 1984 in Adelaide, South Australia, best known on screen for playing John Silver in the Starz television series Black Sails. He is also the author of The Fetch Phillips Archives, an urban fantasy series published by Hachette Australia beginning with The Last Smile in Sunder City in 2020 and continuing through Dead Man in a Ditch, One Foot in the Fade, and Whisper in the Wind. The series follows a hardboiled private investigator in a fantasy city where magic has recently and mysteriously died, blending noir detective fiction with fantasy world-building. Arnold trained at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and serves as an ambassador for Save the Children Australia.
