Lynda Williams

Lynda Williams was born February 17, 1958, in Prince George, British Columbia, and writes Canadian science fiction under her own name while also maintaining a blog. Over more than two decades she built the Okal Rel Saga, a ten-novel sequence beginning with The Courtesan Prince and continuing through Righteous Anger and Avim's Oath, published through Edge Science Fiction and Fantasy Publishing. Other writers have contributed further stories to the same fictional universe, collected in anthology volumes released under the Absolute XPress imprint. Williams also founded the online journal Reflections on Water. She lives in Burnaby, British Columbia, where she works in learning technology and instructional design at Simon Fraser University's Teaching and Learning Centre.
