Mark Williams

Mark Williams (1959-1998) was an American horror novelist from San Jose, California, best known as co-author, with J. F. Gonzalez, of the creature-horror novel Clickers. The collaboration became a cult favorite in extreme horror circles and was later optioned for a film adaptation by Cooked Goose Productions; it also spawned further installments written by Gonzalez alone, including Clickers II: The Next Wave. Little else about Williams's life or other writing has been publicly documented; he died in 1998, years before the novel found its wider readership.
