Mary Fan

Mary Fan is an American author of young-adult science fiction and fantasy, born in Jersey City, New Jersey. She created and edits Brave New Girls, an anthology series of science fiction short stories featuring young women in STEM fields, aimed at encouraging girls' interest in science and engineering through fiction, with volumes carrying subtitles such as Tales of Girls Who Engineer and Explore and Chronicles of Curious Girls Who Create.
