Micky Neilson

Micky Neilson is an American writer best known for his long tenure at Blizzard Entertainment, where he has written extensively for the Warcraft, StarCraft, and Diablo franchises, contributing to the development of core characters such as Garona within the Warcraft universe. Beyond his media tie-in work, he has written original novels including The Fold and the noir-inflected Skiptracer series, as well as the supernatural drama The Turning. Neilson was also attached to write a planned tie-in novel for Blizzard's Overwatch before that project was cancelled in 2016. His career spans both licensed game fiction and original genre novels, built primarily around Blizzard's major properties.
