Nicole Conway

Nicole Conway is an American young-adult fantasy author from Decatur, Alabama, best known for The Dragonrider Chronicles, beginning with Fledgling, which follows a boy bonded to a dragon amid war and political intrigue. She continues the same world across The Dragonrider Legacy and Dragonrider Heritage series, following new generations of dragon riders, and writes the separate Mad Magic series, a YA fantasy about a young sorceress. Her Empire of Blades and Spirits of Chaos books extend her interest in coming-of-age fantasy adventure with strong bonds between human and magical companions. Conway's work is aimed primarily at teen and young-adult readers of dragon-centered epic fantasy.
