Pati Nagle

Pati Nagle is an American author of fantasy and science fiction, born in Los Alamos, New Mexico. Her Blood of the Kindred series, including Heart of the Exiled and Swords Over Fireshore, follows an elven people bound by ancient magic and conflict, while the related Immortal series, beginning with Immortal and continuing through Eternal and Forever, extends the same world's themes of long life and inherited destiny. Nagle's Earth's End books move into post-apocalyptic science fiction. Beyond her series fiction, she has contributed short stories to shared anthologies including Lord of the Fantastic, alongside authors such as Robert Silverberg and Andre Norton, the Sword and Sorceress collections, and a tie-in sourcebook for the Cyberpunk role-playing game Hardwired. Her work spans elven epic fantasy, apocalyptic fiction, and tabletop-adjacent short fiction alike.
