Philip Ligon

Philip Ligon is an author of fantasy fiction. He writes the Engine series, a steampunk-inflected fantasy sequence beginning with This Strange Engine and continuing through This Mysterious Engine, The King's Regret, and This Deadly Engine, and The Falconbone Chronicles, comprising The Golden Feather, The Falcon, and The Storm's Fury. Ligon's two series together make up his published fantasy output to date, spanning seven novels released between 2016 and 2025, reflecting a decade-long, steadily expanding career within independently published fantasy fiction and world-building across both of his linked series to date.
