Rjurik Davidson

Rjurik Davidson is an author of science fiction and fantasy known for the Caeli-Amur trilogy, beginning with Unwrapped Sky (2014) and continuing with The Stars Askew (2016). The series is set in a decaying, myth-haunted city where magic, revolutionary politics, and ancient sorcerer-thaumaturges collide, blending New Weird-influenced worldbuilding with themes of class struggle and uprising. Davidson has also contributed short fiction to anthologies and to the Warhammer Fantasy tie-in line, and his work is often noted for combining literary, politically engaged prose with the trappings of secondary-world fantasy adventure.
