Robbie MacNiven

Robbie MacNiven is a Scottish writer of tie-in fiction for Games Workshop's Warhammer properties. Within the Warhammer 40,000 setting he has written the Space Wolves-focused Legacy of Russ novels, including Red Tithe and Legacy of the Wulfen, the Space Marine chapter series Carcharodons, and the novelization Dawn of War III; he has also contributed extensively to the Age of Sigmar setting and to the Descent: Journeys in the Dark board-game tie-in fiction, including Waiqar and The Doom of Fallowhearth. MacNiven's fiction generally follows grim, large-scale military campaigns and elite warrior orders across more than a dozen shared-universe series, reflecting the collaborative, multi-author structure typical of licensed tie-in fiction publishing.
