Robert Elmer

Robert Elmer is an American author of fiction for young readers, born in 1958 in Berkeley, California. Since his first historical novel appeared in 1992, he has published widely across genres, often blending faith themes with adventure, history, and science fiction. His science-fiction work for younger readers includes the Shadowside Trilogy, following characters navigating a colonized alien world in books such as Beyond Corista and Trion Rising, and the lighter Hyperlinkz series of technology-themed adventures like Digital Disaster and Web Jam. Elsewhere in his catalog he has written historical series set during the Second World War and stories exploring faith and family life. Elmer co-founded the Good Seed Collective with other Christian authors to produce trustworthy, faith-centered books for families, and his body of work spans more than a hundred titles for children, teens, and adults.
