Robin D. Owens

Robin D. Owens is an author based in Denver, Colorado, known for blending fantasy world-building with romance. Her long-running Celta series follows psychic, telepathically bonded characters on a colonized fantasy world, beginning with Heart Mate, which won the 2002 RITA Award for Best Paranormal Romance from Romance Writers of America.
