Russ Colchamiro

Russ Colchamiro is an American author of comic science fiction and science-fiction mystery. His Finders Keepers trilogy, Finders Keepers, Genius de Milo, and Astropalooza, follows the cosmic fallout after two friends lose a knapsack containing the fluids of Creation, blending slapstick comedy with space-opera stakes. He also writes The Angela Hardwicke Mysteries, a noir-inflected series that includes Crackle and Fire, Fractured Lives, Hot Ash, Blunt Force Rising, and Trigger Point, alongside the parallel-worlds novel Crossline. Director and writer Nicholas Meyer has credited him with carving out sci-fi mystery territory of his own. Beyond his novels, Colchamiro hosts a podcast featuring conversations with other horror and science-fiction authors, and has edited anthologies including Love, Murder, & Mayhem.
