Sarah Lotz

Sarah Lotz is a British-South African novelist, born in 1971 in Wolverhampton, England. She left home as a teenager and lived briefly in Paris and Israel before settling in South Africa, where she spent about two decades working as a writer and artist; she relocated to the United Kingdom in 2014 and now divides her time between Cape Town and the UK. Writing under her own name, she is known for the novels The Three, Day Four, Skin Deep, and The White Road. She also publishes under several pseudonyms: as S. L. Grey, with Louis Greenberg, on urban horror including The Apartment; as Lily Herne, with her daughter Savannah Lotz, on the Deadlands young-adult series; and as Helena S. Paige, with Helen Moffett and Paige Nick, on the comic "A Girl Walks Into..." series.
