Saralee Kaye

Saralee Kaye (1942-2006) was an American editor and writer known for horror and supernatural anthologies compiled with her husband, the prolific anthologist Marvin Kaye. Working together, they assembled themed collections of classic and contemporary weird fiction, including Ghosts: A Treasury of Chilling Tales Old and New, Devils & Demons: A Treasury of Fiendish Tales Old & New, Masterpieces of Terror and the Supernatural, and Weird Tales: The Magazine That Never Dies, a tribute anthology drawing on the pulp magazine's history. Their anthologies typically paired canonical horror writers with newer voices under a single unifying theme, and Kaye's editorial work helped bring classic weird fiction to new generations of readers through accessible, well-curated collections.
