Sean Platt is the founder and CEO of Sterling & Stone, a fiction studio he built on the idea that stories function as infrastructure -- foundations that can support books, film, television, and business alike. He has written, co-written, or developed hundreds of titles, frequently in collaboration with fellow author Johnny B. Truant. He is best known for the serialized apocalyptic saga Yesterday's Gone, the near-future thriller Z 2134 and its sequels, the cyberpunk collaboration The Beam, and the comic Western series Unicorn Western, alongside the alien-invasion series Invasion, co-written with Truant. Under Platt's leadership, Sterling & Stone has grown into a catalog of more than two thousand intellectual properties, with millions of copies sold and adaptations in development.
