Shannon Lee (1969-)

Shannon Lee is an American actress and the daughter of martial artist and actor Bruce Lee, born in Santa Monica, California, in 1969. She has appeared in films including Enter the Eagles and Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, served as executive producer on the television series The Legend of Bruce Lee and the documentary How Bruce Lee Changed the World, and leads the Bruce Lee Foundation, which preserves and promotes her father's legacy. In 2020 she published the nonfiction book Be Water, My Friend, exploring Bruce Lee's core philosophical concepts. Lee moved into fiction with the young-adult novel Breath of the Dragon, co-written with Fonda Lee, which won the Aurora Award for Best YA Novel.
