Shelley Adina

Shelley Adina is a pen name of a USA Today bestselling American author who also writes as Adina Senft, Charlotte Henry, and Shannon Hollis, and who holds a PhD in Creative Writing from Lancaster University. Under the Adina name she writes steampunk adventure and mystery, most notably the Magnificent Devices series, following a young Victorian-era heiress and inventor navigating airships, high society, and political intrigue in an alternate Britain, along with its continuations Mysterious Devices, The Regent's Devices, and the Lady Georgia Brunel Mysteries. Under her other pen names she has written Amish and plain-community women's fiction, Regency romance, and contemporary romance for publishers including Harlequin and Hachette. She won a RITA Award from Romance Writers of America for Best Inspirational Novel.
