Sofie Kelly

Sofie Kelly is a Canadian-born author of cozy mysteries, born in 1958 in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. She writes the long-running Magical Cats Mysteries series, beginning with Curiosity Thrilled the Cat and continuing through more than a dozen entries, including Cat Trick, Paws and Effect, A Night's Tail, and Furever After. Kelly's continuously running series, published across more than a decade beginning in 2011, has made her a familiar name within the cozy-mystery genre, with new installments still appearing as recently as 2024 for her many longtime series readers worldwide.
