Sophie Stern is an American author of paranormal and science-fiction romance, based in the Kansas City area. Writing across a large, interconnected universe of series, she is known for playful, spicy romances built around shapeshifters, aliens, vampires, and dragons, including the Dragon Isle books and their sequel series Return to Dragon Isle, the small-town Shifters of Rawr County, and the extraterrestrial Aliens of Malum.
