Susan Kearney

Susan Kearney (born 1955) is an American author of romance and science-fiction romance from New York City, with a prolific catalog built primarily around continuing series for genre romance imprints. She is best known for the Rystani series, blending space opera with romance across titles including The Challenge, The Dare, and The Quest, and for the contemporary paranormal romance series Heat, including Solar Heat and Lunar Heat. She also contributed to the tie-in fiction anthology Star Trek: The Dominion War with The Battle of Betazed, and has written the Arthurian-inspired Pendragon Legacy series, moving comfortably between science-fiction, historical, and contemporary settings while keeping romance at the center of her plotting.
