Suzanne Selfors

Suzanne Selfors is an American author of children's and middle-grade fiction, born in Munich, West Germany, in 1963. She is best known for The Imaginary Veterinary series, following a boy who discovers a hidden clinic for magical creatures, and for Smells Like Dog, an adventure comedy starring a boy and his unusually gifted bloodhound. Selfors has also written the Wedgie & Gizmo series and standalone fantasies including To Catch a Mermaid and Fortune's Magic Farm, and has contributed tie-in novels to the Ever After High franchise as the Ever After High School Stories. Prolific across more than a hundred books, she frequently visits schools and hosts events for young readers, and continues publishing new series such as Willow's Woods.
