Thomas F. Monteleone

Thomas F. Monteleone, born Thomas Francis Monteleone on April 14, 1946, in Baltimore, is an American author of science fiction, horror, and supernatural thrillers. He worked as a psychotherapist through the 1970s before becoming a full-time writer, publishing his first story in Amazing Stories in 1972 and going on to write more than a hundred short stories alongside his novels. His novel Blood of the Lamb, a New York Times Notable Book about a priest investigating a boy who may be the Antichrist, won the Bram Stoker Award for Novel, and his collection Fearful Symmetries won the Bram Stoker Award for Fiction Collection. With his wife, Elizabeth, he edited the long-running Borderlands horror anthology series. His other novels include The Resurrectionist and Night of Broken Souls.
