Thomas T. Thomas, born Thomas Thurston Thomas in 1948, is an American science fiction author, raised in Warren, Pennsylvania, who also publishes as Thomas Wren. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he won the Compton Crook Award in 1987 for his novel The Doomsday Effect. He has collaborated extensively with major genre figures, co-authoring The Mask of Loki and Flare with Roger Zelazny, Mars Plus with Frederik Pohl as a sequel to Pohl's Man Plus, and An Honorable Defense with David Drake as part of the Crisis of Empire series; he also contributed to Larry Niven's Man-Kzin Wars anthologies. His solo novels include Me: A Novel of Self-Discovery, First Citizen, and Crygender. Since 2010 Thomas has shifted from traditional publishing to self-publishing digital and print editions of his work.
