Will Mabbitt

Will Mabbitt is a British author of children's illustrated fantasy fiction. He is best known for two illustrated middle-grade series: The Unlikely Adventures of Mabel Jones, continuing through Mabel Jones and the Forbidden City and Mabel Jones and the Doomsday Book, and Embassy of the Dead, continuing through Hangman's Crossing and Destiny Calling.
